Zenia Boulevard is being upgraded

Zenia Boulevard invests 18 million euros to renovate the popular shopping center on the Costa Blanca in 2023

and thus upgrades the shopping mecca with ground-breaking design and image.

 

Opened in 2012 and celebrating its 10th anniversary last September, the mall is the largest mall in Alicante province with more than 150 commercial units in a mix of retail and leisure.

 

18 million euros will be invested in the renovation of facades, avenues, rest areas, green areas, restaurant and fast food areas, as well as children's playgrounds, over the next few months. Zenia Boulevard's management team hopes that the ambitious renovation project will strengthen the mall's position as a benchmark for leisure in Alicante province. In the last decade, more than 120 million people have visited Zenia Boulevar.

 

Zenia Boulevar, a Mediterranean village experience

The construction works will be carried out at night to minimize disruption to the centre's visitors. Shops and restaurants will therefore continue to be open at their usual times during the renovation. The works are expected to take place in the spring and be completed in the early summer months.

 

The Zenia Boulevard team will continue to offer events for the whole family. Children's entertainment, live music concerts, workshops and retail promotions.
