From June 30, telephone sales where someone calls to sell insurance, present favorable payment terms or telephone subscriptions are not permitted.

Since 2014, "spam calls" in which companies sell products and services have been banned from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following day and during weekends. Now the consumer law is being extended, which puts an end to unwelcome calls from telemarketers 24/7 unless there is a request or prior approval from the consumer.
