Villa Martin

Villamartin golf course was designed and built by Mr. Putmann and opened in June 1972.
In 1994, the course hosted the Mediterranean Open, which was won by the famous Spanish golfer Jose Maria Olazabal.
Villamartin Golf Club has an exciting design and many challenges and the course is par 72 with a length of 6037 meters from the yellow tee

Hole 17 is a signature hole. A par-3 of over 200 m. from back tee. A deep gully that collects lots of balls, an extremely undulating green that is a challenge for most. The tee shot crosses a tree-lined, deep ravine that protects the hole. The course is very varied. Significant and difficult are the many old pines and olive trees - but also the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from several of the holes.
